Obsidian® RFT is a minimally invasive, autologous platelet-rich matrix for treating fistulas while preserving the sphincter. It promotes healing by releasing growth factors over 5–7 days and can be used with standard surgical techniques. Fully absorbable, it supports tissue regeneration, reduces infection risk, and can be co-delivered with antibiotics.
